I've worked with Shannon for years. She, and her team, has supported me throughout two pregnancies. She is very knowledgable when it comes to newborn/infant/baby care, managing the day to day stress that comes with the early days/months - be it feeding, cleaning, nursing, sleep, environments, etc - and matching you with doulas that can support needs. She is very understanding and flexibile and stays true to her goals in making life easier for mom & family. With my third, I thought we'd only need 6-8 weeks but we ended up extending to 20 weeks due to reasons we didnt anticipate. She and her team was so accomodating and understanding.
