During labor, she helped me stay calm through every contraction with breathing techniques, different positions, and constant encouragement. Her calm presence made such a big difference during the hardest moments.
Anna also explained what was happening, helped me communicate with the nurses and doctors, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. My husband was with me during the birth, and she helped him feel comfortable and involved, which meant so much to both of us.
