Stacey was calm, attentive, and a wonderful listener right from the start. I really appreciated how carefully she listened to me while we created my birth plan, and when things needed to change during labor, she pivoted quickly and smoothly. It felt so reassuring to have an experienced extra person there for support during such a hard time.
She advocated for me with confidence when I didn’t want any visitors, and her presence gave me a real sense of security. During labor, she was incredibly helpful: reminding me of the pain management button when I was in too much pain to remember and guiding me through position changes to help rotate the baby. She answered my texts promptly and was always responsive when I needed her.
The biggest thing for me was her support during the pushing stage. When I felt like I had no energy left, Stacey was right there with steady encouragement. She helped me find the strength to keep going and reminded me that I could do this.
She truly listened to everything I said and made a difference in the moment. She helped make my birth experience positive, and I’m so grateful she was there.
