Right from the initial interview with Cydney, to see if she would be a good fit for a provider on our birth day, I knew I needed her on my team. Her attitude and kind smile had me feeling at ease about being pregnant. I wanted someone who was outgoing, but also could listen.
Cydney is a great communicator. She always checked in on me during the pregnancy. (Which is nice as I am not outgoing and don't like to bother people) She gave me helpful advice and also let me vent about how I was doing.
My labor did not go as planned, but Cydney was still with me all along the way. She showed compassion when I ended up making different choices not on my birth plan. She was there wholeheartedly for me.
I would hire Cydney again. Anyone who is looking for a doula who is down to earth, easy to talk to about anything, open and communicative, and just genuinely a kind provider, Cydney is your lady.
