She really took the time to understand my birth preferences and goals and made me feel SO at ease throughout the whole process leading up to and during delivery. During labor Autumn was so helpful with applying counterpressure, suggesting pushing positions, advocating for my preferences, etc. that even my delivery nurses kept raving about how incredible of a doula she was! I really do not think I could have done it without her and highly recommend her to anyone!
