My labor lasted over 50 hours, and I truly can’t imagine walking through it without her. From the first phone call when labor began, she stayed in touch, checked in regularly, and came when we needed her. Throughout my induction, she explained each step so we understood what was happening and could make informed decisions with confidence. She prayed over us, captured priceless photos we’ll treasure forever, and helped create such a peaceful atmosphere.
Elizabeth cared for my husband just as intentionally as she cared for me. She made sure he was eating, resting, and felt confident in supporting me, allowing him to be fully present during the birth of our daughter.
One moment I’ll never forget was finally hearing I could push after being stuck at 6 cm for over 12 hours. I progressed to 10 cm in just over an hour, and Elizabeth celebrated right alongside us with so much joy and encouragement.
Her support didn’t end at birth. During our first week home, she visited us, brought a meal, and checked in on how we were adjusting as a family.
