We hired Candace to be our birth support doula. She was an incredible resource not only during labor, but many months before and several weeks after. Candace infused me with energized confidence with every interaction. She is kind, thoughtful, and responds to every question with supportive and science-backed advice. Having her on my birth team made me feel like I could take on anything. During labor, she worked in beautiful tandem with my husband, and snapped a few beautiful photos of some of the most special moments that I am so grateful for. Perhaps the most supportive part was Candace’s postpartum visit to my home when I was tearfully struggling with breastfeeding. Candace came to the rescue and got my feet under me.
