Steph was lovely from the start. When my labour began, she was just a phone call or text away, checking in and walking me through early labour, and was eager and willing to join me in labouring at home when the time came. I ended up giving birth at home and Steph was the only reason I was able to stay somewhat calm. She validated me when I expressed my fears, and the moment she arrived (right before baby came out!) her presence brought me and my husband so much comfort. She immediately got to work in getting me comfortable in any way she could (placed a cold towel on my back which was EXACTLY what I needed) and she was so confident from start to finish. She took excellent care of me and my husband post birth by making sure we were fed and cared for. Steph is amazing at what she does and we were so grateful to have her here while we welcomed baby earth side ??
