Autumn was an amazing doula! As a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect. During the prenatal visits, Autumn was thorough in going over my birth plan, offering suggestions, and practicing different positions that could help during labor. She was very responsive once my water broke at home and was ready to meet me at the hospital. I remember her massaging my back for a long time and advocating for me to try different positions before any interventions. My husband was very grateful to have Autumn there to guide him in ways to best support me and practically care for me so he could go to the bathroom or grab a snack without worry. Autumn was calm, encouraging, and respectful! Highly recommend her as a doula!
