I connected with Adele early in my pregnancy and from the very beginning she helped ease my fears about labour and delivery through education, thoughtful guidance, and simply being there to listen, validate my concerns, and help make a plan. She was always available to answer even my most random questions, no matter when they came up. Adele also created an amazing support network where her clients can connect, share experiences, ask questions, and meet others going through the same journey.
During labour, Adele was the calm, reassuring presence I needed. She guided me through contractions, suggested different positions, used the TENS machine, offered mental techniques, and helped communicate my wishes to the nurses. Having her there gave both my partner and me a sense of confidence and ease. She advocated for us, explained what was happening every step of the way, and was the ultimate cheerleader throughout the entire experience.
She was also an incredible resource for my partner. Thanks to Adele, his confidence in supporting me throughout pregnancy, labour, and postpartum grew tremendously - which played a huge role in making my recovery and postpartum experience so positive!
