Shantel was friendly and amazing from the very beginning during our consultation to the end. She stayed up to date with what was going on with baby boy and I, always answered my calls and or text whether it was related to her job or not. My labor experience was nothing short of what I expected, she coached me through delivery,made sure I was doing exercises so that delivery would be smooth and had me laughing from start to finish. She was there for me physically and emotionally through it all. As a result, Shantel made me feel heard and included, she went above and beyond the call of duty.
