Natali is an amazing doula who provided incredible overnight care for our family during an exceptionally challenging time. She made our nights an absolute breeze. Knowing I could go to sleep and that our newborn was being so lovingly and safely taken care of gave us invaluable peace of mind when we needed it most.
She went above and beyond to protect my sleep, even when complex care was involved. When our baby needed post-tongue and lip tie release stretches, I had initially planned to wake up in the night to do them myself. Instead, Natali proactively offered to learn and perform them. She watched videos and discussed the technique with me so she could handle it completely, allowing me to get much-needed rest.
Beyond her exceptional newborn care, Natali was an invaluable resource for our whole family. She was constantly sharing helpful tips, from optimal feeding positions to sending us a video demonstrating gas exercises with her own son so we could easily learn. She even stepped up to support us with our toddler, proactively sharing resources and advice to help us navigate his separation anxiety during all the transitions.
She also has a wonderful eye for the little details. On our sons's birthday, she noticed our celebration sign had letters out of order and fixed it for us. She also took photos of us as a family that morning, which meant the world to us. Natali is entirely proactive and kind, even cleaning up our driveway on her way out one morning after the wind scattered our recycling and tidying our kids play area and clothes storage.
We miss her so much and highly recommend her to any family!
