My husband and I are first time parents, and were a bit overwhelmed with all the available information on pregnancy. Working with Briana was a huge weight off our minds because we knew we could text or call her with any question, no matter how small or silly. Our baby was breech for the whole pregnancy, and as the due date neared, Briana set us up with a Spinning Babies specialist who came to our home and showed us natural ways to encourage the baby to turn. When it became clear we'd likely need to schedule a C-section, Briana still supported us with information on C-sections and recovery.
Despite planning to schedule a C-section, our baby came 3 weeks early. Briana met us in the hospital for the unscheduled C-section for support and a crash course in breastfeeding, since our baby came before our scheduled home visit. She came back to the hospital the day after, and also met us at home the day we went back. When we expressed interest in finding a night nurse, she also took the lead on that, finding and vetting several options for us to interview.
Briana is a wealth of knowledge, and has continued to check in on us even months postpartum. Hugely appreciate her helping us navigate all the nuances (and surprises) of pregnancy for our first!
