Sarah initially filled a shift as a back up for someone, and quickly became a go to care provider! She is friendly, confident, proactive, and genuinely loves babies. We had 4 month old twins at the time, and she didn't even bat an eye, she could and would take charge and manage them no problem. She also was phenomenal with our 3 year old. I loved having Sarah in our home. She fit right in, she was fun to chat with, took initiative to tidy and clean where needed, and she listened graciously and had wise advice and perspective to offer.
