Autumn is an absolute gem. From the start, she took the time to truly get to know us, our goals, and our hopes for this birth, and she prepared us thoughtfully for what to expect.
When labor began, Autumn was an invaluable guide. She coached me through my options, helped me know when it was time to head to the hospital, and stayed completely focused on me throughout. At the same time, she supported my husband in figuring out how he could best support me — so we both felt held. After our baby arrived, she gently encouraged me to breastfeed right away, which made such a difference in those first moments.
Her care didn't end at delivery. In the weeks that followed, Autumn continued checking in on us and connected us with an IBCLC for breastfeeding support, making sure we had the resources we needed as we settled into life with our new baby.
We can't recommend Autumn highly enough. She made an enormous difference in our birth experience and our transition into parenthood.
