During our first two prenatal visits, she provided very professional and comprehensive education sessions that helped us feel much more prepared for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Cassandra was also always responsive whenever we had questions before the delivery. When my wife’s water broke around midnight, Cassandra came to the hospital immediately. The delivery ended up being a long and intense 17-hour process, and Cassandra supported my wife tirelessly throughout labor. She helped her cope with the pain, guided her through different comfort measures, and remained calm, steady, and encouraging the entire time.
We also really appreciated how Cassandra advocated for my wife during labor. She was proactive in communicating with the nurses and helped minimize unnecessary cervical exams, which made my wife feel more respected and protected. Cassandra also seemed to have a very good working relationship with the nurses at Overlake Medical Center, which made the whole experience feel smoother and more coordinated.
