Choosing Sarah as our birth doula was one of the best choices we made during our prenatal journey. She was a big help leading up to our birth meeting with us to discuss comfort measures, labor movements, our parenting relationship and baby care. She went with us to attend an ECV at the hospital before labor which was much appreciated. During labor she was a calming presence and offered advice on position changes as well as helped us think through our medical options for an unplanned C-section. After birth she did two postpartum visits with us to help guide us with feeding, baby wearing, and our transition to parenthood. Throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum she offered an unbiased, nonjudgmental and educated perspective and I would happily recommend her for doula care.
