I am so grateful for Sara, she has been amazing. My entire birthing experience was worlds apart from the first time I gave birth, and I think a huge part of it was because I had Sara supporting me and helping me. A very important part, for me, is that my physical pain postpartum has been much less. With my first childbirth, I had almost debilitating back pain for months before it slowly started to become more bearable, and it didn't fully go away for about 2.5 years. I'm sure there are multiple reasons that my back pain this time around is already gone after only 3 weeks. I really think a big part of it is that Sara helped me move through the labor, and especially through the contractions, in ways that were good for my body and helped me cope with the pain. Sara also helped me remember to ask questions, and supported me when I changed my mind when talking to medical staff. She is also a wealth of knowledge about resources, referrals, products (good carriers, etc), and recipes that support pregnancy, recovery, breastfeeding, etc. 20/10, would recommend to anyone.
