Doula Chana was such a blessing to our family. My mom was really nervous being high risk and Chana was really wonderful in the way she validated my mom's wishes and helped educate my parents. She checked in with them regularly and was a wealth of resources and knowledge to help usher my parents in the right direction for answers to their many questions! She sat through the birth with my parents at the hospital and even took some priceless pics of me and my parents when I was born. Even the nurses commented to my parents about how wonderful she was- she knew exactly when to jump in and help, how to make my mom's voice heard and wishes honored, and when to follow Dr.'s lead as well.
