This was best decision we ever made for my birth journey! I think the outcome of labor would have been completely different without her guidance and wisdom. I felt safe and was able to focus just on labor and not worry about anything else in the hospital. She ensured my birth plan was followed, but also gave me the tools to advocate for myself in the moment. My baby was malpositioned and she was able to turn her into an ideal position, helping labor move at a good pace and safely. She drastically lowered my chances of having a c-section. Thanks to her I look back in my birth experience as one that was very positive and empowering. We will be having her with us for our next child as well!
