My husband and I hired Glo as a birth doula, and also for some postpartum support and working with Glo was absolutely one of the best decision we've made! My birth and postpartum experience would not have been the same without her. Glo is really exceptional - she's incredibly knowledgable, very passionate about her work (she's always doing extra research and sending resources, and multiple times offered us extra time/support when needed), and the incredibly thoughtful and sensitive. And, completely non-judgemental and just there to support whatever you want to do, even when you change your mind! Throughout the whole process, I felt supported and cared for. The prenatal sessions helped me and my husband feel prepared for the birth, and while the birth did not go exactly as planned, I felt very calm throughout the process and in my decision making and I feel very content and at peace with how everything went. Having Glo for postpartum support was also invaluable - we trusted her immediately with our newborn and she was adaptable as our needs changed each week.
