My wife and I hired Jackie to be our doula for our baby delivered successfully this June! Jackie was very professional and prompt in her communications via text and email as well as at home appointments. She is bilingual, which is perfect for us as my wife's primary language is Spanish and her family's as well. Then to communicate with the nursing staff and myself (the husband) in English was seamless. She speaks both languages fluently.
Jackie is also very knowledgeable and science based. She could answer questions when asked and then back it up with the latest research on the subject. Which were always sent to us via text. My wife loved her appointments with Jackie as she learned about preparation and excercises (with correct form). They were also able to build a professional relationship before the big show at the hospital.
