Absolutely amazing. My wife and I didn’t have a Doula for our first born and I regretted it after our second. The two births were so different. I don’t even know where to start. Our midwife was absolutely amazing for both births but as I’ve learned, most dads don’t know that a midwife and Doula are not at all the same role.
Many of the conversations that I have with w fathers and even current fathers, are simply uninformed of the importance of having a Doula.
Brittney helped me understand how to help my wife throughout the second birth. Contrastingly with the first birth, I simply didn’t know what to do or how to support my wife.
I cannot express my gratitude for Brittney enough and actually makes me emotional writing this, thinking back to how much more calm our second child’s birth was.
