I honestly don’t even know where to start with Suzanne, she is an absolute lifesaver. As a first-time mom, I was so overwhelmed, but having her as my doula changed everything. I seriously don't think I could’ve gotten through delivery without her.
From day one, her responsiveness was insane—she replies to texts almost instantly. No matter what random question I had about prenatal stuff, the actual birth, or now with postpartum and newborn care, she always has the best advice and completely puts my mind at ease.
My labor ended up lasting a day and a half, which was average for first time moms and so exhausting. I went through four different shift changes with nurses, but Suzanne was my one constant rock. At one point right before the final stretch, my nurse actually had to take a pump break and step out. Suzanne didn’t miss a beat—she stayed right by my side, keeping me calm and guiding me through everything.
The biggest thing though: right before it was time to push, we found out my baby was sunny-side up. I was so worried, but Suzanne knew exactly what to do. She got me into these specific positions that actually got the baby to rotate into the perfect spot, which set me up for just one hour of pushing.
If you’re looking for a doula who is super knowledgeable, always has your back, and feels like that comforting, expert friend you need in the room, you need to hire Suzanne. She’s the absolute best.
