Autumn was an incredible doula and supported my husband & I at the birth center for 20 hours straight when my labor unexpectedly stalled & restarted a few times. She had an incredibly calming presence, encouraged me when I was feeling down or overwhelmed & provided hands on support for many hours. She helped me with staying active and also encouraged rest positions to keep energy up during the labor. She was kind, energetic & very knowledgeable.
