My doula Ms.Wescott was very hands on with me and was there with me every step of the way. I was only 4cm dilated and they said I had to stay. Ms.wescott ran exercises to do to help me bring the baby down and how to deal with contractions. She even had me bounce on the workout ball which help with severe contractions. Also she was a big part of a help to my family as well especially my husband and kids. I even got a massage while having contractions and also purfier with scent that would keep me calm. And steady. I really love my doula and recommend her to anybody that is having a baby. I hope I see her in the future again. Thank you again for my doula who help me with a birth plan as well.
