She provided us with so many helpful tools to get us through the birth and supported us every step of the way. She never made us feel rushed and always gave special attention to our older daughter. She was so great with her which was so helpful! She never overstepped any boundaries and was always there when we needed her. I am beyond grateful that we had Heidi as part of our team for Lily's birth! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
