Highly recommend having Dana by your side before, during, and after birth. Dana was the perfect mix of offering tactical guidance while still listening to my preferences for birth. During pregnancy, she was such a helpful guide, suggesting stretches and movements to alleviate tension and encourage baby to move to the right position. She was quick to jump on a call to ease any concerns (especially when I went past my due date) or equip me with information. During labor, she worked seamlessly with my doctors and the hopsital care team. She stepped in to ask questions where needed to make sure I was comfortable with any interventions, which actually prompted the doctor to check something they had initially missed. Dana made me feel confident in my decisions during labor and stayed by my side the whole way through to golden hour with baby. I truly can't imagine welcoming my daughter without her.
