For our third pregnancy/birth we worked with Heather Karlson. She is so supportive and knowledgeable! Heather always answered any questions we had and helped whenever I just needed to talk. One thing that we did differently than our first 2 pregnancies was go to one of her birth classes. It was so helpful to both me and my husband. Even though we had been through 2 births before, we learned so much and connected with other parents of multiple kids. I think Heather does an outstanding job as a doula. She also helped us after the birth and helped to start with breastfeeding. Even with 2 babies before this one, I really appreciated all her help.
