Michelle is absolutely wonderful - from our first conversation I knew she'd be the perfect birth doula for us. This was my second pregnancy, but first time using a doula. I wanted a different birth experience than my first and Michelle did everything she could to make that happen for me. She took the time to understand my history and came prepped for every meeting with resources, information, evidence based research, etc. I could reach out to her with any concern, small or big, and she was there for anything I needed. She is so efficient, organized, kind, and her positive energy always made me feel at ease. She empowers women without any judgement. Michelle also made my birthing room feel like a zen experience (which I didn't think was possible!) She was so supportive start to finish & I left that room with the exact birth experience I hoped for. Michelle is truly a gem and I'm so grateful she was a part of this journey with us.
