Having Lihi with us during the birth was one of the best decisions we made!
Before the birth, she helped us feel much less overwhelmed. She was always available, answered questions patiently, and helped us build a birth plan that actually made sense to us, not complicated or heavy, bit something clear that helped us understand our options and feel prepared.
During labor, Lihi was such a positive presence. She was calm, grounded,and very caring, but also strong and confident when we needed someone to help make sure our wishes were heard. In the more stressful moments, she helped bring the energy back down and reminded us that we were okay.
She also somehow managed to make a hospital room feel a little less like a hospital room, she brought little decorations and soft lighting. It sounds small, but in that moment it really mattered.
What we appreciated most was how genuinely she cared. It never felt like she was just “doing her job.” She was fully there with us, emotionally, practically, and with so much heart. We felt supported, protected, and much calmer because she was there. We would warmly recommend Lihi to any family looking for a doula who brings both softness and strength into the birth experience.
