TLDR; Veronica was an amazing doula to have by our side from prenatal texts to her coming to our house to the hospital delivery. I would hire her (again) in a heartbeat.
Extended version; Veronica is kind, caring, and creative during labor. My labor came on fast and baby entered the world even faster for a first time mom. I started texting not really knowing if I was in labor. Veronica stayed in touch until we all arrived at the hospital. I think I was a little feral through labor and she had many ideas to keep me comfortable. She was supportive to my partner so he could best support me. She checked in over the 2 weeks after delivery and offered recommendations for lactation support. She also took my phone and got so many amazing photos that I LOVE having. I didn’t even realize she did it ??
