She helped us orient ourselves, answered our questions patiently, and taught us so many of the basics of newborn care in a way that felt practical and reassuring.
One of the things we appreciated most was her guidance around sleep routines. The foundations she helped us build in those early weeks have continued to pay dividends even now that William is one year old. Amber was also very respectful of our wishes and always asked how we wanted to approach things rather than pushing one way of doing them.
