It was a joy to work with Cheryl! She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. At the beginning of our doula search, my husband and I noticed that Cheryl stood out from all the other doulas we interviewed because of the sheer depth and breadth of her knowledge. Her years of experience with all types of births were apparent from our very first conversation. Once we spoke with her, we both knew she was the right doula for our growing family.

Throughout my pregnancy, Cheryl made it easy to reach out with questions and concerns. It was reassuring to know that I would never be bothering her—no matter how small the question. Although I had prepared for a vaginal birth, my baby presented as breech. Cheryl offered excellent suggestions for encouraging the baby to turn and helped me better understand the ECV procedure so that I could confidently decide whether it was the right choice for me. Ultimately, I needed to deliver via Cesarean section. Cheryl explained the process step by step and reassured me that she would be there every step of the way.

She was true to her word. She held my hand throughout the surgery to quietly comfort me. I now completely understand why her contract does not provide refunds for Cesarean births—she is still there supporting you every step of the journey.

When I brought my baby home from the hospital, I struggled with breastfeeding. Cheryl reassured me, helped build my confidence, and guided me through the learning process. Most importantly, she showed me how to make small improvements to what I was already doing, and those changes completely transformed my breastfeeding journey.

My husband and I cannot recommend Cheryl highly enough. Her years of experience, compassionate support, and dedication to her clients make her an exceptional doula. We are so grateful that she was part of our birth and postpartum experience.
