Before birth, she met with us several times to help us prepare, create a thoughtful birth plan, practice comfort measures and exercises, and understand what to expect throughout labor. She taught us so much and was always available for any questions we had or resources we needed. During labor, her expertise in spinning babies exercises was invaluable and played a huge role in helping us navigate the birth, including getting our baby to move from OP to a more optimal position. She supported us throughout the lengthy labor and delivery, making sure we understood our options and was always there to talk through every step. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well connected with local providers which gave us added confidence throughout the process. After our baby arrived, she met with us multiple times to check in on baby, breastfeeding, processing the birth, and more.
