Joy was spectacular from the moment she got on the phone during early labor. We originally signed up with a different doula, but when the time came, she was in another delivery. Joy took over and it was absolutely seamless. Even though we just met that day, she had gone over our birth plan and was completely up to speed and proactively made my wife’s labor smoother. From the moment she walked into the delivery room we could sense her confidence. We wanted to be all natural and utilize various body positions to help us along. Joy was helpful in knowing where to position next and also communicated our birth plan well with the medical staff. As a first time father having this type of support gave me a confidence boost! Overall Joy and her backup Julie were exceptional, and I highly recommend.
