As a night nurse, she was equally exceptional. She was always reliable, punctual, and communicative, providing detailed updates with feeding, diaper, and sleep timestamps so we always knew how the night had gone. She offered thoughtful suggestions to improve both nighttime sleep and daytime routines, and her guidance was incredibly helpful as we adjusted to life with a newborn. Beyond her expertise, she is simply a wonderful person to be around—warm, approachable, calming, and grounding.
