At our prenatal appointment, she gave me and my husband both physical and emotional birth preparations, getting us ready to welcome our baby into the world. When told her that I wanted to give birth squatting, she didn’t hesitate one bit and encouraged me to lean into my intuition. On the day that my baby decided to come, Terah was ready in every way. She read my body language and anticipated my next move and what my needs would be. When I was in transition and couldn’t sit on the toilet or lean on the bed anymore, Terah whipped out her Rebozo and hung it behind the door for me to hold onto and squat. After 6 minutes of pushing, my baby arrived safely and through the exact position I wanted to deliver him! During my postpartum appointment, Terah was so sweet and supported my whole family.
