Juliana was a godsend! We had her as our postpartum night doula for the first 6 weeks with our newborn, and as first-time parents, we learned so so much from her. She taught us everything from proper burping and feeding techniques to understanding hunger cues among other tips and tricks, and even giving great product recommendations whenever I ask. Most importantly, our baby had bad day/night confusion, and Juliana was an absolute game changer! I thought we were just going through a fussy phase, but she effectively implemented a nighttime routine that helped our little one learn the difference between day and night in just a few days, giving us our sanity (and sleep!) back much faster than we ever expected.
