As first-time parents, we had a lot of uncertainty about what to expect, and so much of that anxiety disappeared after our very first meeting with Grace.
Throughout our pregnancy, she was always available for emotional support, shared valuable resources, and made every interaction feel personal and reassuring. During her home visits, she helped us understand what to expect during labor and delivery and guided us in creating a comprehensive birth plan that reflected our preferences and priorities.
Although my labor and delivery happened quickly and unfolded very differently than we had anticipated, Grace adapted seamlessly and met us at the hospital, helping create a warm, familiar, and comforting atmosphere during our recovery. Grace’s skills truly shined during her postpartum home visits. She took the time to answer our questions, reassured us through the challenges of new parenthood, and helped us build confidence in our abilities as first-time parents. She cared not only for us and our newborn, but also made sure our dog felt included in the transition. Her kindness, expertise, and steady presence made an enormous difference during such a transformative time in our lives, and we are incredibly grateful for her support. If we were to have another baby, Grace would be one of our first calls.
