Jacqueline is an amazing doula and made us feel incredibly secure and well-informed about the birth process, particularly as first-time parents. She is very organized and provided comprehensive pre-partum meetings that covered our expectations and desired courses of action with birth-planning, discussed contingencies/preparations in the event of any medical escalations, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. On "game day," Jacqueline was exceptionally communicative and came as soon as we determined her support was needed. She was so supportive (and lovely!) throughout the labor, including providing excellent consultation/advocacy when questions on medical escalations came up with our care team at the hospital (where she also had a great relationship with staff). Can't recommend her services strongly enough - an incredible value for the price, and Jacqueline made us feel like family. 10/10 would doula again.
