Thainara was our doula in spring of 2026. Thainara consistently embodied a caring and calming nature, punctuality, patience, professionalism, and knowledge. Thainara undoubtedly helped me heal faster and better from my c-section, and helped me be a better mom.
She cared so tenderly for the baby in the nights while I slept. From the beginning, my baby seemed comfortable going from my arms to hers. I always felt confident she was reading baby’s cues about needing to feed, sleep, burp, gas, etc. Our baby did not get diaper rash, which I attribute to how she was so watchful and changed baby in a timely manner. She swaddled the baby in such a cosy and skilled way.
I think baby slept better on the nights Thainara was there. She would hold him while he slept if he had trouble in the bassinet. She helped the baby feel more comfortable with issues like gas or reflux. For example, she noticed how our baby slept better when upright after nursing, and steadfastly committed to holding him upright in her arms until he digested his milk.
I could go on and on, but it boils down to this: Thainara is the best choice of doula you can make for yourself and your baby following the birth. I wholeheartedly recommend her.
