I would highly recommend her as a doula. She kindly offered support during the first week after our baby was born, which was the hardest time for us as first-time parents. It was especially meaningful because it was during the holiday season, when getting help can be even more difficult.
She cared for our baby with so much love, patience, and gentleness. She is also very professional and knowledgeable, with valuable midwife experience from Japan, which gave us a great sense of comfort and trust.
Her lactation support was incredibly helpful. Our baby had trouble latching, and I was struggling with breastmilk in the beginning. She supported us step by step, always respecting our feelings and our family’s pace. It was such a relief not to have to go out frequently for lactation support right after giving birth.
Most importantly, she always supported our family in a respectful and caring way. Thanks to her guidance, encouragement, and warm presence, we were able to make progress little by little during a very challenging time. We are truly grateful for everything she did for us and our baby.
