I had Suzie as my doula for my 3rd baby, and I couldn't have had a better experience for the birth of my baby girl. She was my 3rd baby in a span of 2.5 years, so I was already pretty experienced with the process as far as hospital births go, but that didn't make my need for support any less. Having Suzie there to come into triage with me and support both me & my husband through an unmedicated birth was the best decision I made for myself, and now that I know how much better the experience can be with a great doula by your side, I would never go without a doula again. Suzie's extensive experience is apparent in how well she is able to bond with families even on short notice, even my husband was comforted by her presence. She has the most calming and loving energy that made me feel safe through one of the most difficult and painful experiences of my life.
