Erin was a critical part of our pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum team. The thing that stood out most to me was the intentionality she approaches each situation with. Every suggestion, action, and response was exactly what was needed in the moment; no more and no less. During delivery she acted as an advocate for me and my husband, provided information, and helped our daughter’s birth be as close to our desires as possible while also being dynamic to the evolving situation. She slowed things down, allowing us to regroup, discuss, and make decisions that were right for us. Erin being a lactation educator was also invaluable and her balance of providing information and building my confidence with breastfeeding helped our journey to be a success!
