She was always on time, arrived with a positive attitude, and interacted with the babies in such a nurturing and helpful manner. Her presence meant I could get out of the house to take care of errands or get fresh air and have some time to myself. I always knew the girls were in the most competent of hands and this enabled me to refocus and recharge. She was super knowledgeable about postpartum issues and newborn challenges. She is a wealth of knowledge for helpful products so that you're not spinning your wheels wasting time and can be more efficient when babies are crying. I can't recommend her assistance enough.
