First time mom and had lots of questions and uncertainties, and Philippa was able to walk me through the process and teach me some techniques to help me breath though labor and delivery of my baby. She also brought a calm presence into the delivery room and helped teach my partner how to help through the contractions. All in all having her support before, during and after made for a great experience and a lot less scary highly recommend!
