We worked with Shannon for both of our kiddos (one in SEP 2022 and the other APR of 2026), and despite both births/labors being very different, Shannon was awesome. I don't think I would have gotten through my most recent pregnancy without her, especially at the hospital, where the anesthesiologist was tied up in the OR, so I had to wait for an epidural while having really intense contractions. Shannon kept my husband calm, and helped me move around the room which made a HUGE difference in my pain tolerance for the better. She also knew where to press from an acupressure standpoint. Further, she was an excellent advocate for both pregnancies with the nurses and hospital staff, ensuring that they knew when I was getting close and helping me count thru the final delivery. I would recommend Shannon to anyone I know who is going to be giving birth - having someone (besides doctor Google) to answer your questions calmly and be there for you who knows what you're going through is awesome.
