I honestly don’t even know where to begin to thank Dr. Zhao. She has been an absolute blessing to my family. Long before my delivery, she came to my house so many times just to check on me, helping me figure out the best gentle exercises and meals tailored just for my body. She’s so incredibly experienced—she knew exactly what details we needed to look out for and gently reminded me of things to chat about with my OB so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed.
When things got scary and I went into preterm labor, Dr. Zhao never left my side. She walked with me through the entire journey of holding on for my baby, giving me the best advice on medications, taking such sweet care of my body, and keeping my spirits up when I was terrified. She has the biggest heart, endless patience, and so much empathy. What she did for me went so far beyond what a doula 'supposed' to do. I am forever grateful to have her not just as my doula and biggest supporter, but as a truly wonderful friend.
