Hilary and her team at New Family Needs went above and beyond to support our family during the birth of our child. Our circumstances were unique, and Hilary worked incredibly hard to care for us all every step of the way. We not only worked with her team for overnight support, but also had the pleasure of taking her new parent classes before our baby arrived. This gave us the confidence we needed to step in to first time parenthood. Both of our sets of grandparents also met with Hilary for her grandparent refresher course, and they walked away feeling like we were all on the same page and had lots of meaningful updates on how best to care for new babies today. Her team of doulas is unmatched, and we had the pleasure of working most closely with Andrea, who was an absolute gem of a human, a gifted doula, and now a part of our family. We couldn't recommend Hilary and Andrea more highly and are beyond thankful for their care and support.
